Returns & Refunds policy

  • Manufacturing Process:


Your order cannot be canceled after it has started the manufacturing process. Since every bag is created to order, canceling an order at this point results in a large loss for our company.

 

  • Manufacturing Faults:


You're entitled to a complete refund if the bag you received has a manufacturing issue.

 In order to report the problem and set up a return, please get in touch with our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Non-Refundable Items:


Items with the labels "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

  • Condition of Returned Items:


All products that are returned must be unused, in their original packing, and with all tags still on. If the item exhibits wear or use, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

 

  • Return Shipping Costs:


Unless there is a manufacturing flaw or our error, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Proof of Purchase:


All requests for refunds must be accompanied by a legitimate proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt. Without this paperwork, refunds cannot be processed.
