We will send you an email with your order details as soon as we receive your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will also give you a shipping confirmation along with your tracking number.
To confirm the delivery time and date, our logistics partners will give you a call. When the delivery window for your package opens, please be there to accept it.
The package will not be given by the rider until payment is received. The rider will not have the option to return the package if you are not able to pay for your order when it is delivered. To schedule a redelivery, please get in touch with our customer service.
